Court Room Roid Rage???

'Roid rage can come in short outbursts, cyclical bouts, or a long-lasting period of psychosis. These problems can be temporary, or they can recur for almost a year after a long-lasting oil-based injection. I hope that this old lady didn't have some sort of Roid Rage but i'm pretty sure if she would've been using Cortesten, an alternative to illegal steroids while still elevating Test levels to higher levels naturally she wouldn't be some aggressive but would still be a beast in the gym!

10 Simple Steps To Maximize Your Natural Testosterone Production

If there is one substance that could be considered the "holy grail" of muscle growth, testosterone would definitely be it.

Simply put, testosterone is the most important muscle-building hormone in your body and is one of the limiting factors that determines how much muscle you can ultimately build. There are plenty of amazing benefits that increased testosterone levels will provide you with.

  • Increased muscle size and strength.
  • Decreased body fat levels.
  • Increased sex drive and sexual endurance.
  • Improved mood.
  • Decreased levels of "bad" cholesterol.
Sounds good enough, doesn't it? Well it is, and in this blog I'm going to outline 10 simple steps to naturally raise your testosterone levels and achieve all of these incredible benefits. While these steps will not result in "roid-like" muscle gains, they will definitely contribute to your overall bottom line results. Here they are, please read on.

1) Use compound exercises as the cornerstone of your workouts. I'm talking about the basic, bread-and-butter lifts such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, chin-ups, dips, lunges and military presses. 4) Increase your EFA consumption. Essential Fatty Acids from sources such as peanuts, avocadoes, fish and healthy oils like flax seed, olive and canola are a great way to naturally boost testosterone levels.

5) Reduce your intake of soy. Soy protein raises the body's levels of estrogen (the main female hormone) and this has a direct negative effect on testosterone levels.

6) Limit your consumption of alcohol. Alcohol has been shown to have quite a dramatic effect on testosterone levels, so try to limit your "binge drinking" nights and keep your alcohol consumption in moderation.

10) Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. A lack of sleep contributes to cortisol production, and this will lower your testosterone levels.

Nutrition and Workout Strategies

I've came across some info that could be vital to you in achieving maximum gains, get totally shredded and have an awesome workout in the gym, every time! What you're about to read is some special tips and workout strategies that will make you into a ripped, shredded powerhouse. I'm also going to let you know how to build muscle by manipulating hormones.

Heavy lifting and high-intensity workouts raise testosterone, growth hormone and IGF-1 but cortisol goes along with them during intense exercise. This applies to sprints and other high-intensity programs as well as weights. Planning your nutrition is likely to be helpful but for training programs I can’t do better than to quote the review by Kramer and Ratamess in Sports Med. 2005 when it comes to suggesting a strategy in the gym.

Protein.
Now I don’t agree with the guys or gals who want to eat 40 percent protein in their diets. It’s way beyond what is scientifically proven to be required, expensive, not necessary and may even be unsafe in the long term.

However, heavy weight trainers can probably justify extra protein up to about 1 gram/pound bodyweight. Don’t make it all beef dripping with fat though. Get plenty of white meat, dairy protein and soy as well for healthy eating. Get some advice if you even think you have dysfunctional kidneys. Just for the record, 4 ounces or 100 grams of lean grilled chicken breast or beef has about 30 grams of protein.

Creatine and zinc are potentially important components of an anabolic diet. Creatine builds bulk and re-supplies the phosphocreatine energy system which is important for those fast heavy lifts and zinc is necessary for testosterone production. Meat protein is a good source of both of these elements. Vegetarian bodybuilders may need to ensure sufficient intake.

Testosterone, Growth Hormone, Insulin
Several hormones play a critical role in exercise in general and strength training in particular. Testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) provide strength and muscle growth stimulus; cortisol, epinephrine and norepinephrine and glucagon control access to fat and glucose fuels by manipulating the release of stored fuel when needed in addition to other important functions; and insulin provides the storage impetus for the fuels derived from the food we eat. Getting these hormones to work so that you can maximize muscle and strength is one of the secrets of natural weight training. In this article I’ll concentrate on how you can get the most from the muscle building hormones we all share.

Testosterone
Testosterone is for the most part a male hormone produced by the testicles, although a smaller amount is produced by the adrenal glands.

This hormone is responsible for the development of male physical characteristics, muscle mass, strength, fat distribution and sexual drive. Smaller amounts of testosterone are also produced by women in the ovaries and the adrenal glands. Testosterone production is stimulated by hormones such as leuteinizing hormone further up the chain starting at the hypothalamus in the brain.

To be more definitive, testosterone is an androgenic, anabolic, steroid hormone. ‘Androgenic’ means pertaining to male characteristics and ‘anabolic’ means building up or synthesizing body tissue. ‘Catabolic’ means breaking down tissue. Another important hormone, cortisol, is a catabolic hormone. A ‘steroid’ in broadest terms is a class of similarly structured chemicals produced by the body.

Testosterone is the number one hormone for bodybuilding and weight training, especially for the development of strength and muscle although this is not always the primary goal of weight training.

Growth Hormone and IGF-1
Human growth hormone is produced by the pituitary gland and stimulates the liver to produce IGF-1 which is ultimately responsible for the growth promoting and anabolic effects of growth hormone. Like testosterone, this production declines as we age and is probably responsible for at least some of the decline in muscle mass seen in older people. These hormones seem to have an inverse relation to body fat : the less you produce the more body fat you accumulate. . . so there’s the first call to action.

Enhancing growth hormone and IGF-1 delivery may be possible with nutritional and exercise manipulations. GH and IGF-1, testosterone and cortisol are all increased with intensity of weight training and high-intensity sprint cycling or running.

Insulin
Insulin is the storage hormone. The pancreas produces insulin in response to food. When you consume food, enzymes break it down into constituent glucose, fatty acids and amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Insulin responds to carbohydrate and protein by storing glucose in muscle and liver, fat in fat cells and by the utilizing amino acids from food protein in body building and repair. It’s incorrect to think of insulin as only responding to carbohydrate foods because some protein foods such as fish and beef elicit a very strong insulin response in their own right. In diabetes, insulin is either insufficiently produced or is available yet fails to store glucose efficiently. This is called insulin resistance.

Combining pre- and post-exercise foods or sports drinks containing protein and carbohydrate elicits a very strong insulin response in the refueling period after an exercise session. The value of this is that along with the glucose storage and amino acids synthesis in new protein, you get a powerful anabolic, muscle building response. Insulin is an important anabolic hormone. Manipulating insulin is one of the main tools described here for bodybuilding. See further down for nutritional approaches.

Natural Anabolic Enhancement
I trust the bigger picture of hormone action and metabolism is starting to make sense. You can see from the discussion so far that we have a task ahead of us here. We want to keep those anabolic hormones high and the catabolic hormones as low as possible while still providing basic functionality. It's not useful to regard cortisol or any other hormones as 'bad guys' because we couldn't live without them.

In the ‘natural’ bodybuilding movement and for sports where compliance with drug-testing protocols is essential for competition legality, finding a way of training or eating that will maximize or enhance testosterone and androgen-related muscle and strength is keenly sought. Alas, this is not a process that is easily manipulated and there is much still to learn. However, that has not stopped supplement manufacturers claiming to have products that can do just that with herbal extracts or combinations of vitamins or ‘legal’ steroids. Examples of such products are the herb Tribulus terrestris, zinc-magnesium tablets, ginseng, bovine colostrum, beta-alanine, HMB, and DHEA, a prohormone banned in most sports but not in baseball.

DANGER OF MIXING TESTS?

Q: I have Test Enthanol and Test Propionate and I'm mixing the oils in a 1cc of test enthanol/500mg and 1/2 a cc of the prop/ 250mg, will it inject okay or is it a bad idea to mix the two? Also, can I put B12 in with it too to take the sting out of the shots, or is that pushing it?

A: No, it wouldn’t be ill advised. Both are about the same atomic weight - suspended in the same oil - and will inject just fine. As far as the B12, I understand that you want to use the B12 to take the sting out of the propionate, but the truth is, it’s only the first two weeks that are bad with the sting factor. However, since I don’t know your personal pain threshhold, it’s a good idea. But if you’re going to do that, do the Prop with the B12 and shoot the Test Enanthol separately or with another AS in your cycle. Once you load up the syringe, you’re somewhat committed even if you choose a bad site, or if you hit a nerve, etc.. so the more you load a syringe, the more you risk wasting what’s in it, or overloading a site. Sure, the first two mesh together well in terms of atomic weight, and B12 is a little lighter, but it too would work out. It’s just that you have to think about what happens when you overload an injection site. No one likes to feel more pain than they have to, but you almost set up a condition of more pain, or another chance of it, despite trying to kill the pain of the actual Prop injection. Try to gut out the pain of the Prop injection for the first two weeks and if it still persists, then try your way of adding B12.

Combining Pro-Hormones With Other Supplements - Q&A

Ok, I know pro-hormones are sort of old hat, but JT just sent this to me in an email referencing some stuff we had sort of stockpiled. When I told him I was going to start taking these again with the TridenosenH (which is non-hormonal) he gave me the run down on this new shit, ISA Test. ISA test was released by iSatori as a neo-prohormone, which I think is funny, because that's pretty much the lamest thing I've heard in a while. But, that having been said, JT says it's some pretty cool stuff, and I should save the stockpile and try the following combination. Eh, whatever, here's the Q&A he sent me...
Q:I am planning on taking ISA-Test, a prohormone, along with some other supplements like Creatine, Glutamine and a good whey powder. Any other suggestions?

A:You can experiment with ISA-TEST, but M1T is another one that may give you better results. T-BOMB II is also supposed to be a great supplement, but I’ve never tried it. ISA-TEST is just another supplement that promises more than another, but is really tribulus terrestris and Vitamin Bs. TT is great, but unless it’s accompanied by some other powerful anabolic optimizers, it isn’t going to do the trick. What it does give you that other supplements do not in this category, is a P-450 estrogen inhibitor and uses a delivery system called MicroFlw 3 Rapid Delivery Technology. You Ask The Supplement Questions, We’ll Answer Them!

Q:Even though I know how important my diet is, I still find myself searching for ways to cheat! When I’m in the grocery checkout line, I can’t help but pick up a Snickers or Hershey’s with almonds and then justify it by telling myself I will just work harder tonight in the gym. I have tried the Detour bars and they aren’t bad. My question is, can you recommend something for a good snack that still solves my craving for chocolate/candy?

A:My first thought was an Oh-Yeah! bar. They are about as close as it gets to a candy bar and still have some nutritional value to them. Of course, they aren’t as good (nutrition wise) as traditional protein bar but most traditional protein bars taste like cardboard and would never satisfy a true chocolate craving! If you’re anything like me, 99% of the bars I’ve tried just don’t cut it. They just don’t taste good to me. If a Detour bar isn’t working for you, know there is something that will. Try the Oh-Yeah! Wafer bars as well. Then as a last resort, try the Promax bars, they are pretty good too.

Now, those are pretty good protein bars and if they don’t fix the problem, then the problem isn’t the bar… it’s you. The best way to solve your problem is to never put yourself in a position to compromise your diet. For some people, this might mean not going to the grocery store at all! At least, cut it down to once a week or even better yet, once a month. Candy and other sweets are a bad food addiction that many people just can’t overcome. Try to approach it like a sobered alcoholic would - avoid it altogether! Recovering alcoholics don’t have beer in their fridge, even if the rest of the people in the house drink beer. And they especially don’t go to bars! This approach might seem a little extreme, but sometimes that’s what it takes.

SESAMIN

Q:I’ve heard a lot of people online talk about Sesamin or Sesapure (don’t know which is the correct term) and had heard it was a fat that you want to ingest. Why is it any better than any other fat?

A:Sesamin is the compound and Sesapure is a product name. Sesamin is effective for fat loss and muscle retention because it comes from sesame lignans.
