Default Hello everyone
iam so glad to find this site ive been looking for one like this for a while. alil bit about my self ive been lifting for 10yrs now.iam 33yrs old my stats are .iam 5"3 155lb. chest is 49 1/2 inches wide neck 20inches.arms 16inches,waist is 29.ive got alot of Questions for u guys but ill look around first to see if they have already been posted .thax

thank you it took years to get them tho ive been a hard gainer .trying to get back up to 180lb again tho.
