I just got back from the city. We arrived at pre-judging at 11am and stayed until the end at 2:50PM. I got plenty of free samples from the supplement companies as well as all the cut up protien bar samples I could eat plus sample cups of energy drinks. I had camera problems so I have to upload and see if I have a couple of good ones to post up at OSBB. The lady fitness and bodybuilders were fantastic, the fiancee and I had a great time and the people at the show were great.

THE ANABOLIC DUNGEON IS NOW UP AND RUNNING AGAIN

I HAVE VERY MUCH RESPECT FOR NYC BIGMIKE (OSBB) WHO MADE SECOND IN HIS CLASS AT THE 7PM FINALS TONIGHT. Check it out at offshorebodybuilding.com bench lift post.
