SUPPLEMENT CINDERELLA STORY
CREATINE ETHYL ESTER’S
SLOW RISE TO FAME

Creatine is one of the greatest supplements in the bodybuilding industry. This has always been so. And with the arrival and departure of prohormones and the arrival, departure and arrival again of ephedrine, it still remains one of those staples in the arsenal of muscle building tools one must use in order to effectively succeed in bodybuilding. As they say, Man cannot live by AS alone. Creatine Monohydrate was always a good example of this.

But for years, Creatine Monohydrate (CM) has been the only creatine game in town. Well, make way for Creatine Ethyl Ester - the first molecularly modified creatine product!

Creatine draws water into muscle and other cells. Regular creatine monohydrate has been shown to be effective at increasing lean muscle mass, muscle strength and athletic performance. The only problem is, CM has been notoriously wasteful - its poor absorption rate the reasoning behind massive dosing in the gram range per serving. So what is drawn into cells is effective and what is not absorbed, merely sits outside the cell as waste. It is also one of the reasons why there is “bloat” associated with CM.

So why ingest more than is necessary? Why be wasteful? Enter creatine ethyl ester.

Creatine ethyl ester is creatine monohydrate with an ester attached. This attachment of an ester is significant because esters are found in the fatty tissues of animals. CM uses lipids to permeate the cell wall and enter the cell. With the ester attached, nearly all will enter the cell and then it becomes a significant force within the body. This means that dosage rates are lower and it’s more cost-effective. The absorption of the ester by the body is much greater and bloat will be eliminated.

Imagine....
Your own fat cells become a mode of transport and method of delivery, within the delivery process, that causes your body to utilize more CM. Since when has fat been so attractive?

But the esterification also performs another valuable function within the body: It prevents creatine from becoming creatinine - a natural by-product of creatine metabolization. Any amount of creatinine is undesirable.

You should know, Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) has generated a fair amount of controversy also. A lot of this is the politics of the supplement industry, because those with vested interests in CM have attempted to discredit CEE. But the fact is, esterification of creatine monohydrate is not difficult, nor hard to fathom, and is quite authentic. What’s more, CEE can benefit people of all ages and athletic or fitness concerns. It does, after all, display the same benefits as regular creatine monohydrate, but with less side effect and more availability and absorption.

What You WON’T GET
Quite literally, there are no downsides to the advent of CEE. It hasn’t caught on like it ought to have with these attributes, but much of that is due to marketing, or the lack thereof since few companies produce it. Gone are the days of stomach discomfort and bloat. Gone are the days of impure and unstable creatine in water.

What you WILL GET
Expanded blood vessels almost immediately upon taking CEE, which translates into balloon like pumps, freaky vascularity and accelerated nutrient delivery. You’ll also get a substance that mixes easily and remains stable even if you don’t drink it immediately.

Here’s a little more to whet your whistle on CEE...
Studies with CM use by Multiple Sclerosis patients (MS is a disease of the muscles) have concluded that MS patients are categorical non-responders. However, with the advent of CEE, patients have become responsive and it may be something that benefits this progressive disease on a day to day maintenance basis.

For years, performance horses have also used creatine ethyl ester, both for the addition of muscle and for endurance during cross-country and steeplechase competitions.

But can any one thing be all that rosey? Of course, the caveat is this: CEE is notoriously bitter and lacks palatability. That’s because the reaction of caboxylic acid and alcohols cause these organic esters to putrify in some form or fashion and create an undesirable taste. For our money, though, plugging the nose to achieve more muscle growth is probably worth the one-handed delivery of CEE.

CEE comes in two forms: Capsules and loose powder. Loose powder is good because it allows you to dose what you want in one serving. However, before getting to know how CEE affects your own body, try the capsules with precise measurements. Once you graduate to loose powder, the good news with CEE is, there’s no need to load, hoping you’ll put enough into your system to actually sustain anything close to a load. You know that whatever you put into your body is going to be absorbed, so you can be far more precise.

As far as what’s on the market... CEE from primaFORCE is a great brand simply because it’s just that… simple. The reason we like it so much is because it is nothing but lab-tested Creatine Ethyl Ester that is ready to go in an easy to swallow capsule. For the money, you tend to get more “bang for your buck” with primaFORCE CEE, so we give it a “thumbs up!”
